Included in this decision was the selection of Nascent Systems as the systems integrator to deliver a turn-key implementation project.
The selection of Oracle and Nascent Systems was the result of a rigorous evaluation process that gave consideration to a field of global ERP vendors. Determining factors that went into the decision included: scalability, functionality, total cost of ownership and industry experience for both the software and implementation partner.

The decision to select the Oracle EBusiness Suite was based on the system’s ability to accommodate a number of AE&C industry-specific requirements, such as progress billing (AIA G702/G703), subcontractor payment controls and expense management. Upon go-live, the company will be able to leverage a comprehensive and integrated system to help streamline all aspects of their business related to resource management, project management, budgeting, payroll, costing, billing, procurement and financial reporting.
